Ono Shipping — Data Deletion

We respect your right to have your personal data removed from our systems. To request deletion of your messaging data, use one of the options below:

Option 1 — Email us:
Send an email to info@ono.ly with your phone number and the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Option 2 — WhatsApp:
Reply DELETE in our WhatsApp chat and we will remove your number from our messaging system.

After deletion, you will no longer receive WhatsApp notifications from Ono Shipping.
